Please note that all sales are final. Since your item is created on demand, we do not accept returns. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is based on the production timeline of your custom order:

• Cancellation within 24 Hours of Purchase:

  • You will receive a full refund (product cost plus shipping).

• Cancellation between 24 and 48 Hours of Purchase:

  • At this stage, your item is already in production. We will issue a refund for the shipping fee only. The cost of the product, which is now being manufactured, is non-refundable.

• Cancellation After 48 Hours of Purchase:

  • We are unable to process any refunds. By this time, your custom order is fully in production, and materials have been allocated.
